Patricia Sainz-Howland, 59, former Yuma resident, died Jan. 8, 2011, in Riverton, Utah.

She was born Dec. 1, 1951, in Yuma and was a government employee.

A memorial service will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday at Johnson Mortuary Chapel.
