Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Friday, January 21, 2011 Bunny (Glaspie) Lucero, 32, of Flagstaff, died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011. Mrs. Lucero was born March 24, 1978, in Flagstaff, to Kenneth and Christine Glaspie. She loved and lived for her husband Fabian, and their two boys, Fabian Jr. (14) and Jordan (8). She was a woman of God who lived for kids and their sports as a "Coach Mom." She is survived by a large and loving family that includes her parents, Kenny and Lynnie Glaspie; sisters Lynette (Duwain) Jones, Chrystal (Josh) Glaspie, Jennifer (Aaron) Kremer, Carrie (Pat) Pena, Heather Kliewer and Hayley Glaspie; grandparents Charlie and Martha Glaspie and Jim and Lee Watson; mother-in-law Chrissy (Gabe) Garcia; father-in-law Benny Lucero; sisters-in-law Stephanie Lucero and Alayna (Hector) Lucero; and brother-in-law Benny Lucero. She also is missed by a large family of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Christine, and her great-grandma, "Grams" Glaspie. A memorial service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Heights United Methodist Church, followed by a graveside service on Monday at 1 p.m. at the Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery, 23100 W. Broadway Road, in Buckeye, so that she can rest for eternity with her mother. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Melissa "Bunny" Lucero memorial fund that has been set up for her children at Wells Fargo (Account number 14 58 03 39 64).
