The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ Thursday, January 20, 2011 Clara Croom (1904 - 2010) Clara Croom, 106, was born February 5, 1904 in West Virginia to James & Fannie Pauley. Clara died Dec. 30. She is survived by four grandchildren, Aaron McCracken, Paul Garrett, Susan Bradford, and Carl Garrett. She has lived in Cottonwood since 1989. Her memorial will be held at the Cottonwood Seventh-day Adventist Church, Saturday January 22, at 3 p.m. Information provided by Pastor Bob Lawson.
