The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, January 20, 2011 Arthur Lee Wood of Prescott, Ariz., born May 23, 1954, passed away Jan. 3, 2011. Memorial services and celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 29, 2011, at the Veterans Administration (VA) Chapel in Prescott. ~~~~~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Monday, January 24, 2011 Art Wood of Prescott will be remembered by friends and family as someone who could always find the humor is any situation. He is preceded in death by his father, William Robert Wood, his brothers, Eldon Gene Armstrong and James Ronald Barry. He is survived by and will be missed by his mother, Shirley Atkins of Prescott; his sons, Lee Wood of Prescott Valley and Eugene Curtis Wood of Safford; daughter-in-law K'Lisa of Safford; and grandchildren, Kaliana, Kaiden, Kerstinna, Kristofer, Jaysen and James. He is also survived by his brothers, Ray Barry, Bob Wood and Dennis Wood; sisters, Darlene Wood and Sherry Wood; as well as many nieces and nephews. Memorial services and a celebration of Art's life will be on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Veterans' Administration (VA) Chapel in Prescott. Information provided by survivors.
