Vera L. Lewis, 43, passed away January 6, 2004 in Scottsdale, AZ. 

She was born on October 1, 1960 in Phoenix, AZ. 

She is survived by her husband, Ivan H. Lewis; 6 children: Eric, Shannon (Jaren), Matthew, Savannah, Rene, and Ian Lears; 3 brothers: Kervin Miles, Titus Miles, Jerry Azule; 4 sisters; Brenda Monte, Delores, Darlene Miles, Justina Fulwilder; and her step-mother, Ethel Miles. 

Services were held on Saturday, January 10, 2004, at the Lehi Community Center. Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements.
