HOPKINS, Norman

The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ January 01, 2006 Norman Hopkins, 85, of Grants Pass, Ore., died Dec. 8, 2005. He was born Dec. 21, 1920, in Detroit, Mich. He moved from Cottonwood to Grants Pass 20 years ago. He was a member of the Scottish Rite of freemasonry, was a 32nd-degree Mason and past Grand Master. Survivors include his wife H. Marilla Hopkins, of Grants Pass, Ore.; and a son, Kent Hopkins, of Phoenix. A memorial service will be Jan. 7 at noon at he Masonic Lodge in Grants Pass.
