The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ January 11, 2006 Naomi "Bobbie" Riddle Naomi Ruth "Bobbie" Riddle, 70, died Jan. 4, 2006, after a long stroke related to illness. She was born May 18, 1935, to Shelby Washington Kilcrease and Mattie May David in Duncan, Okla. Bobbie and Roy Riddle, her husband of 31 years, operated a shoe repair shop in the Verde Valley for 29 years; 22 years in West Sedona and seven years in Camp Verde. Bobbie was a joy to all that knew her. She truly enjoyed life. Survivors include husband Roy; son Lynn Gill, of Stella, Okla.; six brothers-in-law; six sisters-in-law; 20 nephews and 17 nieces. She was preceded in death by both parents, three brothers and three sisters. No services are planned.
