RUSHTON, Zora Ruth

Rushton, Zora Ruth Zora Ruth Rushton of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on October 18, 2006. She was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska to Zatha and Julien R. STEVENSON. As a teenager she moved to Mesa, Arizona with her parents and sister. After graduating with a degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University, she very much enjoyed the years she taught in the Mesa, Fort Huachuca, and Scottsdale School Districts. She enjoyed traveling and especially enjoyed the many trips she took with her husband and son to the Hawaiian Islands. She is survived by her husband Donald RUSHTON, her son Richard RUSHTON, her sister Carol COOK, and brother-in-law Thomas COOK. She will truly be missed. Private graveside services have been held at Green Acres Cemetery. Published in The Arizona Republic on 10/24/2006.
