CHAVEZ, Henry (El Guero)

Henry "El Guero" Lujan Chavez, age 71, a native of Phoenix passed away Jan. 9, 2004 at his home. 

A devoted musician over 68 years, and member of many church organizations, and American Legion Post #41. He served in the U.S. Army.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Barbara. He is survived by daughters, Lynda Lonergan, Yvonne Romero, Yolanda Stevens, & Annette Becerra; sons, Michael, Henry Jr., Richard, & Bobby Chavez; sisters, Vera Ruiz, & Maryhelen Maloney; brother, Alex L. Chavez; 18 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. 

With love and memories always and eternally, from your loving family & friends. You will be missed greatly. 

Visitation and Rosary Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2004 at Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, AZ. Funeral Mass Wednesday, Jan 14, 2004 at Sts. Simon & Jude Cathedral, Phoenix, AZ. Interment to follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Phoenix. AZ.
