The Arizona Republic 6 Sept 1966 Joseph Boros Rosary for Joseph T. Boros, 73, who died Sunday at Phoenix Veterans Hospital, will be recited today at 7:30p.m. at Whitney & Murphy Chapel, 330 N. Second Ave. Requiem mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Mr. Boros, who lived at 1518 E. Osborn, was an Illinois native and recently moved here from California, where he was a grocer in Los Angeles before his retirement. He was a veteran of World War I. He is survived by his wife Leona; a stepson, George J Hambaugh of Phoenix; and a sister living out of state.
