The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ January 25, 2011 Scot J. Chamberlain died peacefully Jan. 14, 2011, in Hawthorne, Nev. He was the long-time owner Miner's of Contracting Firm. Scot embraced life, is loved dearly and will be sadly missed by family and many friends. Scot was an independent, brilliant soul who walked to the beat of his own drum. He was quick to help others. Scot had many interests and hobbies including his dogs and horses. Scot is survived by his wife, Kelly Chamberlain; son Reed Chamberlain, son of first wife Gloria; granddaughter Symone Chamberlain; mother Karen Chamberlain; sisters: Terrie Watts (Martin), Cindy Hess (Bradlee), Robin Stradling (Jim), Sheila Lofgreen and Lisa Edwards van Muijen. He was preceded in death by his father, Reed A. Chamberlain, son Joel Scot Chamberlain, and Cheryl Chamberlain, beloved wife of 17 years. Services will be held in the Snowflake LDS Downtown church, at 11 a.m. Saturday Jan. 29.
