BAKER, Billy

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Wednesday, January 26, 2011 Billy Baker, 65, a Lebanon, Ore., resident since 1987, was born Aug. 9, 1945 in the old Wickenburg Hospital (Soroptimist Thrift Shop today) and graduated in 1964 from Wickenburg High School. He married Annette Clawson, who was also a Wickenburg High graduate. He passed away in Lebanon, Ore., Jan. 16 after being in a wheelchair with a form of multiple sclerosis for several years. His survivors include Annette Baker (ex-wife); daughter Holly (Baker) Luckini and son Billy Jr., both of Oregon; sister Rose Morris of Congress; brother Joe Baker of Wickenburg; and three grandchildren. He is preceded in death by mother Rosetta Baker, father Charlie Baker, and brother Mike Baker of Wickenburg. A private service was held in Oregon.
