Charles "Charlie" Mossman, 51, passed away suddenly on June 27, 2006, in Prescott. Charlie was born Nov. 14, 1954, in Long Beach, California, the son of Dean and Loretta Mossman.
Charlie was an accomplished musician and artist who enjoyed a long career as a drummer in several popular bands throughout northern Arizona.
Charlie will be deeply missed by his family and many friends and fans. He was preceded in death by his father, Dean E. Mossman, on March 6, 2006.
Charlie is survived by his fiancee Denise Grebb; his children, Laura Mossman, Josh Herron, and Cara Craig; grandson Conner; mother Loretta Mossman; sister Laurie Mossman; nephew Billy Elliott; and niece Jenny Elliott.
A Celebration of Charlie's life will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 6, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton streets in Prescott.
A continued Celebration of Charlie's life will be held at a friend's home following the service.
Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

A celebration of Charlie's life will be July 6 at 2 p.m. at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, at the corner of Cortez and Carleton streets in Prescott. A continued Celebration of Charlie's life will be at a friend's home following the service.
