The Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ July 14, 2006 Mary Ferguson, 80, of Camp Verde, died July 10, 2006. Mary was born Jan. 16, 1926, in Globe, to the late Mary Ellen and Louis Belmont. She was married to Do Ferguson, who preceded her. Mary is survived by her sons, Don Ferguson (Carol) of Camp Verde and Howard Ferguson (Kathy) of Beaverton, Ore.; her daughter Allene Solaas (Floyd) of Carlsbad, N.M.; her brother, Frank Belmont of Vista, Calif.; her sister, Louise Gillock of Globe; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. A Visitation took place at the chapel of Bueler­Hepler Funeral Home on July 13. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Mary today, July 14, at 10 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 781 S. Cliffs Parkway in Camp Verde. Interment will follow at Middle Verde Cemetery. Bueler­Hepler Funeral Home assisted the family.
