Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 15, 1990, page 2-A Services were pending for Elmer J. Markle, 81, of Congress who died Feb. 9 at Wickenburg Community Hospital. Mr. Markle was born Nov. 7, 1909 in Flint, Mich., and lived in Lawton, Mich., until moving to Arizona 38 years ago. He was a retired businessman who owned businesses in Salome and Wickenburg. Survivors include three brothers, Louis Markle, Richard Turk and Jack Turk; and two sisters, Dorothy Stillwell and Gwendolyn Packer.
