Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 29, 1990, page 2-A Services were Tuesday at the conservative Baptist Church in Bagdad for Adam Leon Burton, 18, who died March 23 in Bagdad. The Rev. Stan Peachey officiated, with private burial following the services at Mountain View Cemetery. Mr. Burton was born Oct. 17, 1981 in Bagdad. He was a lifelong resident of the community. At the time of his death he was employed by TIC of Steamboat Springs, Colo. He was a member of the Conservative Baptist Church of Bagdad. Mr. Burton was an avid motorcross racer, a weight lifter and an Arizona native who enjoyed fishing and hunting. Survivors include his parents, Roger Leon and Joan Margaret (Willard) Burton of Bagdad; brother and sister-in-law Roger Kenneth and Deanna Burton of Scottsdale, brother Quirt Evan Burton of Glendale; sister Merci Jean Burton of Bagdad; paternal grandmother Anna Burton of Cottonwood; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather Jean and Kenny Householder of Verryville, Ark.; and aunts and uncles Dickie and Sis Crabb and Ivan and Robbie Willard of Bagdad, Butch and Pam Allen and Bobby and Tina Burton of Tonopah, Nev., Vicky Reeves of Show Low, and Paul and Sandra Jacobs of Sierra Vista.
