BYE, Alfred

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 19, 1990 Memorial services were Monday at the First Presbyterian Church of Wickenburg for Alfred Bye, 74, who died April 12 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Mr. Bye was born in 1916 in Barton, N.D. He had lived in Wickenburg since 1984. He was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where he worked as an extension agent. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy. Mr. Bye was a member of the Lions Club, Elks Lodge and 4-H Club, all of Wickenburg; and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Wickenburg. Survivors include his wife, Muriel, of Wickenburg; a daughter, Muriel Ellen Jackson; a son, Bruce Alfred Bye; sister, Ida Dams; brother John Bye and five grandchildren.
