Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 19, 1990 Services were last Thursday at the Wickenburg Funeral Home for Joseph S. Tuerff, 78, who died April 9 in Wickenburg. Fr. Henry O’Donnell officiated, with burial following in St. Francis Cemetery in Phoenix. Mr. Tuerff was born Feb. 11, 1912 in Alexandria, Ind. He had lived in Arizona for the past 47 years. Survivors include his wife, Alice, of Yarnell; a daughter, Janet Darling of Baja, Calif.; a brother, Al Tuerff of North Carolina; a sister, Margaret Drain of Indio, Calif.; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
