VASSO, Fanny Avogadro

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 26, 1990 Local memorial services for Fanny Avogadro Vasso, 91, of Wickenburg will be formalized sometime after May 15. Mrs. Vasso died April 18 in the Wickenburg Nursing Home. Mrs. Vasso moved to Wickenburg in 1974 from Stamford, Conn. She was born in Castelnuovo Fogliani in Emilia-Romagna, Italy on June 29, 1898. Before coming to the United States in 1922, she lived in England and Italy. At various times since then she lived in Canada, England and France, as well as New York City and Connecticut. Mrs. Vasso is survived by a daughter, Gloria Hinkel of Wickenburg; a son Edmund B. Vasso of Tiburon, Calif.; three grandchildren, Daria Eisen of Glenbrook, Conn., Alexandra Littlejohn of San Ramon, Calif., and Amery Vasso, serving with the U.S. Army in Germany; and three great-grandchildren. Other immediate family members reside mainly in London, England. Graveside services for Mrs. Vasso will be scheduled at a later date in Stamford, Conn.
