Richard Lacey 
(1947 - 2011)

Richard Daryl Lacey Leavenworth, aka “Ric Lacey” was born on May 6, 1947, in Tempe, AZ and was 63 years old at the time of his death on September 13, 2010. 

After Richard’s tour of duty with the Army in Vietnam,  he lived in Arizona and California.  He particularly enjoyed the Arizona Verde Valley, where he practiced his trade as a skilled cabinet maker; making beautiful cabinets, spiral staircases, furniture, & guitars.  He also was a silversmith, his trademark being gorgeous roses. 

He is survived by his son Richard Daryl Leavenworth, stepdaughter Rachel Lacey Buss, sisters; Darlyne Waltz, Marlyne Myers, Angela Maples Wells, brother, David Leavenworth, & ex-wife Connie Lacey.  He was preceded in death by a brother Loy Tupin Maples.
