The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, February 01, 2011 Robert Behnke of Prescott, Ariz., passed away Jan. 26, 2011. Robert and his wife Betty retired to Prescott in 1997 from Arcadia, Calif. He was active in the Prescott community, serving on Prescott City Council from 1999-2003. He was an active member of the Rotary Club, the Elks Opera House restoration project, Yavapai CASA for Kids and many other community activities and initiatives. He is preceded in death by his mother, father and wife, Betty. He is survived by his three children, sons William and Andrew (Lindsey) and daughter Ann Margaret (Robb); three grandchildren, David (Danielle), Annabelle and Sydney; and five great-grandchildren, Avery, Sydney, Colby, Rusty and Shelby; and his four siblings, Barbara, David, Leslie and Jeffrey. A memorial service celebrating his life will be at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Prescott 2 p.m. Feb. 12, 2011. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Yavapai CASA for Kids Inc., P.O.
