Armida C. Flores, 87, passed away on Jan. 9, 2011, in Mesa. She was born in Christmas, Az. on Sept. 22, 1923, and was, ever after, a resident of the Winkelman and San Manuel area. 

Mrs. Flores, who put her love and time into being a housewife, caring for her family, is survived by her husband, Refugio Flores, and, son, Conrad (Cecilia) Martinez. 

Memorial Mass was held Jan. 23 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Hayden.
