KELSEY, Patrick T.

Services for Patrick T. Kelsey, 64, will be in Paradise Chapel, 3934 E. Indian School.  Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.  

Mr. Kelsey of 4902 N. 42nd Place died Monday, July 1, 1974, in Doctors Hospital.  He had been a deputy claims director for the Arizona Insurance Department the past three years.  

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; children, George, Phillip and Jeanette Kelsey, Mrs. Gracanette McCristion, Mrs. Jean Ann Roger and Mrs. Joyce Chalmers; a sister; and 10 grandchildren.
