EPPS, Deloris Louise (Dolly)

Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, October 31, 2008 Deloris Louise Epps went peacefully home to be with our Lord on Oct. 28, 2008. Born in Danbury, Conn. Feb. 24, 1920; Dolly was raised in San Pedro, Calif. and graduated from San Pedro High in 1938. She married Roy Jones Epps in 1939 they shared 53 yrs. together. They raised their son John in Long Beach, Calif. Dolly and Roy retired to Prescott, Ariz. in 1977. Deloris was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Gladys Garrison; husband Roy; and son John. She is survived by her sister Jean Gunn of San Pedro; granddaughters, Tracey McQuain and Lisa Boersma; grandson Kevin Epps; and great-grandchildren Michael and Ashley McQuain and Keira Boersma. The family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers. Information provided by survivors.
