DOW, Fred, 84, passed away January 26, 2011. He was preceded in death by wife, Joyce and daughter, Karen. He is survived by daughter, Lori and son, Chuck; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Donations in his memory can be made to Children's Home Society of Minnesota. Arrangements by UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA.
