Alice Mae Wingrove, 62, of Camp Verde, died Oct. 3, 2006. Alice was born July 9, 1944, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to William and Victoria Moore. 

Alice enjoyed reading as she surrounded herself with good books. Among her other favorite pastimes were working in her garden, cooking, puzzles, and camping. Most of all Alice loved her family and will be greatly missed.

Alice is survived by her husband, John "Ted" Wingrove; her sons Jason of Camp Verde and Justin of Flagstaff; her daughter, Tracey of Cottonwood; her mother, Victoria of Cottonwood; her sister Linda of Cottonwood; and seven grandchildren. 

Services will be private. Bueler Funeral Home assisted the family.
