ADKINS, Queen Victoria

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona September 5, 1990 Graveside services were conducted Friday at the Wickenburg Cemetery for Queen Victora Adkins, 87, of Yuma, who died Aug. 31 in Yuma. Dr. A.B. “Bert” Follmar of Calvary Baptist Church officiated. Mrs. Adkins was born July 1, 1903 on the Cherokee Indian Reservation in Oklahoma. She had lived in Arizona for the past 15 years. Survivors include a son, Jim Adkins of Henryetta, Okla.; a daughter, Jean Miller of Lancaster, Calif.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters and two nieces.
