FRYE, Coy Douglas, Sr.

Coy Douglas Frye Sr., 77, of Phoenix Arizona, passed away December 21, 2000. 

Mr Frye was born November 24, 1923 in Upton, Kentucky. 

He was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. 

He is survived by his wife: Helen; five sons: Doug Jr., Allen, Barry, Matt, and Joshua Williams; four daughters: Tonya DiGiacomo, Sabryn Cox, Cheryl Garza, and Noelle Frye; fifteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
