LEONARD, William Patrick

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 8, 1992, p. 2 William Patrick Leonard, 67, of Frankfort, Kansas and a winter resident of Wickenburg, died January 1 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Mr. Leonard was born October 17, 1924 in Frankfort. He was a winter resident of Wickenburg for the past eight years. Mr. Leonard was a veteran of World War II and a retired mail carrier in San Jose, California. He was a member of the American Legion of Frankfort and Kellis Draper Post No. 12 of Wickenburg; and a member of 4078, Local 1154. Survivors include three sisters, Neil Thomson of Pittsburg, Kansas, Virginia Douros of San Leandro, California and Mildred Lawler of San Jose; a brother, Louis Leonard of Santa Monica, California; several cousins, including Dan Moran of Circle City; and many nieces and nephews. Services were held in San Jose at St. Martin’s Catholic Church. Burial was in Mission Cemetery in Santa Clara, California.
