Natale Stephen Tripodi, 72, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born in Niles, Ohio, passed away Feb. 3, 2008, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz.

A private cremation will take place at the Bradswaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
