The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 15, 1992, p. 3 James Haldeman, Jr., 73, of Wickenburg died January 4 in Boswell Memorial Hospital in Sun City. Mr. Haldeman was born in 1918 in Bellevue, Pennsylvania. He had lived in Arizona for the past three years, moving from Fallbrook, California. Mr. Haldeman was a graduate of Santa Monica Jr. College in Santa Monica, California. He worked as a district manager with Farmer’s Insurance in Covina, California. Mr. Haldeman was a member of Masonic Southeast of Southgate, California; the Rotary Club of Huntington Park and Covina; was past president of the South Hills Country Club in West Covina; and a member of the Wickenburg Country Club and Pine Meadows Country Club in Overguaard. Survivors include his wife, Merna; a son, David L. Haldeman of Bellflower, California; two daughters, Beverly J. Basinger of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Joanne M. Lamb of Covina; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren. Private arrangements were handled by the Sunland Mortuary of Sun City.
