The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 22, 1992, p. 2 Steve Richard Habermacher, 62, of Circle City died January 16 in Circle City. Mr. Habermacher was born August 29, 1929 in Uvalde, Texas. He had lived in Arizona for the past 25 years. He raised and bred horses most of his life. Survivors include his wife, Peggy; two sons, Karl Jon Habermacher and Daniel David Pitzel both of Phoenix; four daughters, Dawn Fisher of Palo Alto, California, Joan J. Weisman of Guttenberg, New Jersey, and Karen Pitzel and Angela Harris, both of Phoenix; a brother, Newell Habermacher of Arleta, California; a sister, Shirley Carlson of Las Vegas, Nevada; and nine grandchildren. Private disposition was conducted. There were no services. Arrangements were by the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
