Rosemary "Rosie" V. Norton, 76, of Camp Verde, died Oct. 18, 2006. Rosie was born Oct. 2, 1930, in Scottsdale. 

Rosie was a cadet of the Civil Air Patrol in 1940s, and an avid bowler. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Jolly and Alex Donn; sister, Marie White.

She is survived by her husband, Clifton Norton of Camp Verde, daughters, Nova Getsinger of Glendale, Velva Poellot of Phoenix; sister, Dora Jolly of Scottsdale; two granddaughters, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. Oct. 24 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, with services to follow at 11 a.m. at Encanto Mausoleum in Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
