Mohave Daily News, Mohave Valley, Arizona - Published in Mohave Daily News Online from February 15 to February 22, 2011 - Thomas Arthur Davis, age 73, a 39-year resident of Bullhead City, died Thursday, February 10, 2011 in Bullhead City, Ariz. Thomas was born April 19, 1937, in Los Angeles, Calif. Thomas retired after 30 years as a Boilermaker. He loved to bowl and visit with people. He served his church as a volunteer at St Vincent DePaul's, and as a member of St. Margaret Mary's Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Howard and Mary Davis. Thomas is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ruth Davis; son, Tommy (Stephanie) Davis; five daughters, Mary (Neal) Bellew, Violette (Tom) Phillips, Tammy (Gary) Esposite, Suzanne (Randy) Hanson, and Jodi Davis; two brothers, Walter (Marlene) Davis and Frank (Cecilia) Davis; 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Thomas was a very loving and giving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Desert Lawn Funeral Home, 9250 S. Ranchero Lane, Mohave Valley.
