MARTIN, Thelma Irene

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 18, 1992, p. 2 Thelma Irene Martin, 83, of Yarnell died March 10 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Mrs. Martin was born March 26, 1908 in Buffalo, Wyoming. She had lived in Arizona for the past 43 years. Her husband and one grandson preceded her in death. Mrs. Martin was a rural mail carrier for many years, working an area that included Yarnell, Kirkland and Wagoner. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Wickenburg. She played accordian and organ, and loved music. Survivors include a step-daughter, Eva Hoshaw; four granddaughters and four grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were Monday at Genung Memorial Park in Peeples Valley. Elder Larry Dittberner officiated. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
