William David Little, 91, a former apartment manager who moved to Phoenix in 1960 from Long Beach, Calif., died Monday in his home, 7550 N. 16th St.  Mr. Little was a Methodist.  He was born in Mineral Point, Wisconsin.  

Services in Paradise Chapel, 3934 E. Indian School.  

Burial will be in Long Beach, Calif.  

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Carlton SAYWELL of Phoenix and Mrs. Grant HOLT of San Marino, California; and five grandchildren.
