The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 27, 1992, p. 2 Mary E. Bartlett, 64, of Congress died May 24 in Wickenburg Community Hospital. Mrs. Bartlett was born January 20, 1928 in Baker, Oregon. She had lived in Arizona for the past 40 years. She was a waitress and homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Louis, of Congress; five sons, Clarke Ashby of California, Claude Ashby of Yarnell, Kenneth Ashby of Hawaii and Raymond and Richard Harris, both of Yarnell; two brothers, Fritz Smith of Mississippi and John Smith of California; two sisters, Mildred Bushnell and Margaret Kay, both of California; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at the Congress Cemetery. Pastor James Longstreet of the First Presbyterian Church of Wickenburg will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, West Valley Region, Bell Plaza South, 17220 Boswell Blvd., No. 109, Sun City, AZ 85373. The Frey Funeral Home of Wickenburg was in charge of all arrangements.
