The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ June 3, 1992, p. 2 William S. Friedeman, 83, a longtime winter visitor to the Wickenburg area, died May 29 in his Chicago home. The South Side native graduated from the University of Chicago in 1931 and eventually became president of a Chicago real estate company, Friedeman and Nythan Co, which closed when he retired in 1970. During the 1950s, Mr. Friedeman served as vice president of the Chicago Real Estate Board. He also was a past president of the University Club of Chicago, past president of the Lake Forest Academy Father’s Association and a former trustee of the Latin School of Chicago. He is survived by his wife Lillian, daughter Carol, son William, brother Richard, sister Sylvia Berghoff and five grandchildren. A memorial service was held Tuesday, June 2 in the Fourth Presbyterian Church, 126 E. Chestnut Street in Chicago.
