10 Jan 1921 - 14 Jan 2004 Philip Joseph DeFazio, 83, of Phoenix, AZ passed away January 14, 2004. He was born in Bronx, New York. He is survived by his sons, Allan and Gary DeFazio, his long-time significant other, Stella Hurni; Step-Children, Ronald, Regina, Roger and Renee and his Grandchildren, Kimberly, Jason and Jared and one great grandchild, Nicholas. A Memorial Service was held Friday, January 16, 2004 at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd. Peoria, AZ 85381. Published in the Arizona Republic on 1/16/2004.
