The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 5, 1992, p. 2 Leona L. Kane, a former resident of Wickenburg, died July 30 at her residence in Chandler. She was 85. Mrs. Kane had been a native of Gary, Texas and lived in Arizona for 15 years. She had been a member of the First Southern Baptist Church in Wickenburg and prior to coming to Arizona had worked as a waitress for 40 years in Texas. Mrs. Kane is survived by sons ,Wayne and Duane Warrington of Texas; daughters Elizabeth Stalcup Willborn of Texas and Margie May of Chandler; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Interment is at the Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale. Services were held earlier this week. Memorial Contributions may be made to the East Valley Hospice, 1450 S. Dobson Road, Suite B-322, Mesa, AZ 85202 Green Acres Mortuary in Scottsdale handled the arrangements.
