Trevol Emilio Erives, 16, of Phoenix, AZ, died Oct. 27, 2003. 

He was born Oct. 29, 1986. 

Visitation and Rosary was held on Sun., Nov. 2, 2003 at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale. Funeral Mass was celebrated Mon., Nov. 3, 2003 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 5614 W. Orangewood Ave., Glendale. Interment at Resthaven Park Cemetery.
