FERGUSON, Helen E.

Helen E. Ferguson, born September 10, 1920 in Ringgold County, Iowa, died October 30, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvis and Fern Marshall, her brother, Burl Marshall, her sister, Georgia Fick, and her husband, Ival Ferguson. Helen is survived by her brother, Bart Marshall of Bullhead City, AZ; three sons, Ronald and wife, Helen of Seattle, WA, Larry and wife, Debbie of Lancaster, CA, Dennis and wife, Patty of Sacramento, CA, and one daughter, Sandy and husband, Paul of Phoenix, AZ; four step-children, Gene Ferguson, Delores Carlson, Janet Wilson and Patsy Emmons; and many grand and great grandchildren from both families. Helen was an extremely talented woman who enjoyed crafts traveling, sewing and cake decorating. She had an abundance of friends, and one very special friend, Gloria Wanland of Red Oak, Iowa. She was a spirited woman who worked hard her entire life and provided for her family in tough times. Private graveside services are planned at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Rowland Heights, California.
