Florida Mae "Flo" Lee, age 79, a former resident of Bullhead City, Ariz., was currently living at the home of her beloved son, Johnny, in Las Vegas, Nev., when she was reunited with her maker on Friday, February 4, 2011. She was born on December 11, 1931, in Omaha, Nebraska.
"Grandma Flo" as she was called by most, will be greatly missed, and never forgotten in our hearts. We will keep her loving memory strong in our heart, as her kind spirit and spunkiness is a part of all of us!
Grandma loved to see people laughing, and loved to make people, laugh. She loved dogs, and, she was absolutely graceful in the kitchen. She enjoyed drawing, especially of birds.
Grandma Flo had eight children - three sons and five daughters, and was always surrounded by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed watching the children play and dance around.
Grandma Flo is survived by her loving children and their children, who will miss her dearly: three sons, Ralph Brittain of Prescott, Ariz.; Johnny (Jack) Brittain and wife, Debbie, of Las Vegas, Nev. and their two children, James Brittain and Shana Southern; and Randy and wife,
Alinda Brittain, and their two children Laura and Randy, Jr. of Flagstaff, Ariz.; and five daughters, Louann Williams of Omaha, Neb., Jonasee Woods and her husband, Jim, and their two children, Natausha Spencer and David Edmiston of Farmington, N.M., Anna Brittain and her three children, Tonda Brittain, James Nevil and William Atwell of Bullhead City, Ariz., Mary McCoy and her four children, Jennifer Lebow, Brian Lane, Bradley and Heaven McCoy of South Dakota, and Yendamese Barrios and her son, Philip Barrios, of Lakewood Calif.; and 12 great-grandchildren.
We love you more than you'll ever know! You where more than just a Mom to us, you were our best friend! Gonna miss you, Momma!
