Adelaide (O’Brien) McDonald of Phoenix, a former Wickenburg resident, died October 12 at St. Joseph’s Care Center in Phoenix.  She was 81.

Mrs. McDonald was born in Wickenburg and moved to Phoenix in 1944.  

She was a real estate broker.

Mrs. McDonald is survived by son Donald of Phoenix; one grandson; and two great-grandsons.  She is also survived by a brother Anthony (Tony) F. O’Brien of Wickenburg.

Visitation was held Tuesday at the Whitney and Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home Chapel in Phoenix.  Private services are planned.

Memorial contributions can be made to The Arizona Lung Association, 10 W. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ  85003.

Whitney and Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home of Phoenix handled the arrangements.
