The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 2, 1992, p. 12 Cecil Neilsen of Yarnell, Arizona died Wednesday, November 18, 1992 in Yarnell. He was 69. Mr. Neilsen was born February 8, 1932 at Almira, Washington to Chris and Hazel (Shively) Neilsen. Mr. Neilsen was a retired farmer of the Almira area and was a commercial fisherman in the Alaskan waters for many years. He moved to Showlow, Arizona in 1972 and later to Yarnell in 1989. Mr. Neilsen is survived by his mother Hazel (Neilsen) Hughes, a brother Leo Neilsen, both of Almira, Washington and several nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Strate Funeral Home, Davenport, Washington at a later date with interment in the family plot in Almira, Washington. Arrangements were handled through Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home of Prescott, Arizona.
