The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ December 9, 1992, p. 2 Mrs. Bernadene McKenzie died on December 2 in Wickenburg. She was 65 years old. McKenzie was born in Cedar, Kansas. McKenzie was a resident of Wickenburg who moved to Arizona in 1986 from Benton City, Washington. She was last employed at the Mid-Columbia Regional Library in Kennenick, Washington, where she had been employed as a clerk for 15 years. She retired in 1980. She attended the Community Alliance Church and the Assembly of God Church, both in Wickenburg. She is survived by daughters Kathleen Anne Schoen of Connell, Washington and Sandra Kaye Schoen of Kennenwick, Washington. Surviving sons are Terry Lee Schoen of Walla Walla, Washington and three step-sons; Clifford McKenzie of Oregon; Roger McKenzie of Washington and Mark McKenzie of Washington. She is also survived by three sisters and seven grandchildren. Memorial services were held on Sunday, December 6 at 7:00p.m. at the Community Alliance Church. The Heritage Funeral Chapel in Peoria handled the arrangements.
