The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 5, 1994, p. 2 Mary M. McCarty of Wickenburg died December 27. She was 89. Mrs. McCarty was born April 30, 1904 in Clay City, Illinois. She had lived in Arizona for 25 years, coming from Illinois. Mrs. McCarty is survived by son and daughter-in-law Loranzo and Patty McCarty of California; son, Nolan McCarty of Phoenix; son and daughter-in-law, John and Brenda McCarty of Wickenburg; step-daughter, Thelma Zanetis of Nashville, Tennessee; step-son, Thomas McCarty of Tempe; brother, Hubert Rinnert of Flora, Illinois; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was a homemaker and seamstress, working in garment factories both in Illinois and Phoenix. The funeral and visitation have been held. Pastor Bob Goldenberg officiated at Frey Funeral Home. Contributions may be made to Wickenburg Regional Healthcare Foundation, P. O. Box 1388, Wickenburg, 85358. Funeral arrangements were handled by Fey Funeral Home of Wickenburg.
