MICHAELS, Helen

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 26, p. 2 Helen Michaels, a former resident of Wickenburg died January 9 in Thermopolis, Wyoming. She was 85. Mrs. Michaels was born November 23, 1908 in Kansas and had lived in Arizona for 15 years. She married Leonard Michaels in 1963 and moved to Wickenburg in 1976. The couple moved to Wyoming several years ago. Mrs. Michaels is survived by her husband, Leonard Michaels; step-daughters, Jay Lewis and Essie Mayfield of Phoenix and Louise Odie of Thermopolis, Wyoming; grandchildren, Aquina Babcock, Rubin Lewis and Randy Lewis of Wickenburg, Anita Chovarria of Amarillo, Texas and Cindy and Mike Hall of Phoenix and eight great-grandchildren. Memorial services were held in Basin, Wyoming. Mortimer Funeral Home handled all the arrangements.
