MCINTOSH, Everett (Ray)


The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 20, 1994, p. 2 Everett “Ray” McIntosh of Wickenburg died April 15 at Thunderbird Samaritan Hospital in Glendale. He was 59. Mr. McIntosh was born September 22, 1934 in Jackson, Kentucky and had lived in Arizona for 26 years, moving here from Jackson. He served in the U.S. Army from February 1958 to August 1961. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church of Wickenburg and had worked for the Town of Wickenburg for 25 years. Mr. McIntosh and his wife Helen were married in Las Vegas in 1970, and she survives. Other survivors include his children Donald Boughner of Bagdad, Debbie Boughner and Carol Bailey of Wickenburg, David McIntosh of Lutz, Florida, Sandy McIntosh and Chuck McIntosh of San Antonio, Texas and Barbie McIntosh of Meade, Kansas, living in Gehl; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sisters Lois Turner and Sally McIntosh, both of Jackson. Services will be held in Jackson, Kentucky. Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 930 N. Tegner, St., Wickenburg, AZ 85390. Wickenburg Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
