The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 11, 1994, p. 2 Eula Lee Sweetland of Salome died May 9. She was 67. Mrs. Sweetland was born November 14, 1926 in Decanter, Arkansas and had lived in Arizona for 47 years. She retired as postmaster in 1990 after 37 years with the U.S. Postal Service. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Hassayampa Lodge 37 and the Women’s Auxiliary of the VFW. Ms. Sweetland is survived by daughter Barbara Kent; sons Robert, William and Brant; brother, Robert; nine grandsons and two great-grandsons. Services will be held Thursday (May 12) at 10 a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lung Association, 102 W. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Shadow Mountain Mortuary is handling the arrangements.
